Stones will be kept on hold for you only after the email confirmation by us. The stones will be kept on hold for 24hrs, after which they will be automatically free for selection, for extending the time length you will need to check with our customer service executive

In case the stones selected by you, have already been kept on memo by another client before you, then your request will be considered as secondary. The company agrees not to give the stone selected by you out on memo to anybody after you have selected the stone, unless you approve otherwise, but is free to sell if another client confirms the stones blind or on table.

Prices are subject to change, the prices may vary at the time of sale owing to change in Rapaport, Currency Fluctuations or Re-pricing. Under all circumstances the company is free to decide at its own discretion.
